These worked almost too well! I forgot about them and left them in for like 5 days. When I took them Out my Tieks were loose! I left them alone a night and they went in a little so hopefully they won’t be too loose now. I know now not to forget about them and shoot for 24-48 hours for just a little stretching.

This is a good Shoe Stretcher. It will be even batter if pin holes at heel area caused I have a Bone Spur at back of the heel. If I'm to suggest, the iron washers should be more bigger and thicker to prevent it from deform when pressure come from stretching the length.
