The item is as described. I've tried them and I must say I was wrong to doubt them; they are truly exceptional. I use them in my trekking shoes and I must say that I no longer feel pain in my feet and legs. Excellent product, excellent seller, excellent delivery. These are great. You need to cut them down to the size that you need. IMA size 8, so they do go into, like a size 11 shoe. Very strange at first, but then you do get to use them, and they're pretty good
